Hotel Blue & Conference Centre is ideally equipped to host small-to-medium sized conference groups. In contrast to large inner-city hotels, where small groups may be easily overlooked, Hotel Blue specialises in offering uniquely personal service in both the planning and execution of group events. Even for smaller groups, this can include exclusive use of all Hotel facilities, including Board Room, Lounge, Bar, Restaurant, Swimming Pool and heated Spa.
Our facilities can accommodate up to 40 delegates in a Board Room set-up, or up to 80 delegates in a Lecture-style set-up.
Full-day conference packages start from $69.00/person, including room hire, lunch and morning & afternoon tea. Half-day packages start from $59.00/person, including room hire, lunch and morning/afternoon tea.
Individual or twin-share options are available for accommodation.
Team-building activities and group excursions can also be arranged.
Exclusive use of the Hotel
Something quite unique which Hotel Blue offers is exclusive use of the whole Hotel, including Restaurant, Lounge, Bar and all Guest Rooms. This is possible when a group books out a minimum of 20 hotel rooms for accommodation. Having exclusive use of the whole Hotel creates a private and productive atmosphere for conference retreats.
