Sisters Blue Restaurant

An aura of elegance sets the tone for the Hotel's formal dining room. Beautifully presented and overlooking Katoomba's historic Lurline Street.

Our menu is highlighted by an array of locally sourced produce with a modern twist of wood fire pizzas, catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

SISTERS BLUE captures the true essence of 'grand country dining in the hills' with a menu to whet the appetite after a day of exploring and enjoying all the mountains have to offer. To complement this fine menu is a wine list featuring an extensive selection from the hotel's wine cellar.

Café 88

'Café 88' is a new and vibrant street-side licensed Cafe offering light lunches, a selection of deli style sandwiches, hot soups and tantalizing cakes. Espresso Coffee and comfortable surrounds will meld the atmosphere with our amazing local colour and attractions.

The Parlour Bar

An intimate bar featuring high ceilings, antique décor and a characteristic 'hand-carved bar' bring to life an atmosphere reminiscent of the Victorian era. The French term Parlour denotes an 'audience-chamber', where guests are to be received and welcomed.

The Parlour strives to offer a comfortable, inviting and intimate setting, where the service of a wide selection of beverages, wines and spirits from our local region, Australia and further-afield are on offer.
