Our elegant in-house Sisters Blue Restaurant offers fine modern Australian cuisine, with an ever-evolving menu which has been thoughtfully designed to complement the changing seasons in the Blue Mountains. Perfectly matched to this mouth-watering menu is a wide range of local and regional wines, beers, ciders and spirits.
The Parlour Bar
Adjoining the Guest Lounge, Hotel Blue's boutique Parlour Bar offers a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits, and particularly showcases the produce of regional wineries and breweries. Wines from throughout the Blue Mountains and Central Ranges of New South Wales are featured, including those from the Megalong Valley (upper Blue Mountains), Orange, Bathurst, Mudgee, Cowra and Canowindra. Boutique beers from near and far are also on offer. On a warm summer's afternoon, a local apple cider is the perfect refreshment. Since the early days of European settlement in the area, the town of Bilpin in the northern Blue Mountains has been renowned for its perfect apple-growing climate, and sampling a local cider is not to be missed when visiting the Mountains.
The Parlour Bar is open 7 days, from 12:00 pm till late.
Café 88, Hotel Blue's vibrant street-side Café, offers light lunches, cakes and sweets, and premium espresso coffee and a wide range of teas from Toby's Estate.
